Designed by personal-defense authority Michael Janich, the Yojimbo 2 epitomizes the concept of the “tactical Wharncliffe.” For users concerned with light discipline or those who simple prefer non-reflective blade finishes, this dynamic folder is now available in a low-profile all-black format.

Its hollow-ground CPM® S30V® stainless steel blade is cloaked in a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, and all its handle hardware, including its nested stainless steel liners, standoffs, screws and four-position pocket clip, also have matching black finishes.

    Purchased a number of Spyderco Yojimbo 2's from NKLLC - & as expected, the USA-made Spyderco quality fit & finish - coupled with Janich's excellent Wharncliffe design - makes for an outstanding folding knife. But that's not the point of this review... Having been a long-time customer of National Knives - just want to compliment them on always delivering first-class customer service! From taking the time to track down special order items - to consistent quality in the areas of packing & speed of shipping - they are simply one of the premier online cutlery dealers I've come across.
