Now this iconic design is available in a lightweight format that trims the knife’s overall weight by more than 25 percent and adds enhanced grip security. The secrets to its remarkable design start with injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle scales. Lighter than G-10, they feature our signature Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern for a high-traction, non-slip grip. They also house a streamlined Compression Lock® mechanism that further reduces the knife’s weight while locking the blade securely open during use. The business end of the knife showcases a full-flat-ground CTS® BD1N stainless steel blade. To ensure discreet, convenient carry while keeping the knife poised for instant access, the Para Military 2 Lightweight includes a deep-pocket wire clip that is reversible for left- or right-side tip-up carry.
