Functionally equivalent to CPM® CRU-WEAR®, this high-performance steel is the heart of this knife’s full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade. I bought this because i wanted to take a knife on my upcoming backpacking trip. I’ve been carrying it daily for the last few days because it feels non-existent in my pocket. It also has great ergonomics for such a small knife and feels very solid in the hand. I’m enjoying it more than i thought i would.
