The original SpyderHawk was one of the most capable and versatile hawkbill folders ever made. Introduced in 2003, it was initially offered with a VG-10 stainless steel blade and a one-piece, black fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle. It was reintroduced in 2009 as the SpyderHawk Salt, featuring the ultra-corrosion-resistant qualities of H-1® blade steel and a bright yellow FRN handle.

The SpyderHawk Salt is now back as a limited-edition Sprint Run. This unique, never-to-be-repeated expression of the SpyderHawk Salt faithfully includes all the defining features of the original, including its deeply curved, fully serrated H-1 steel blade, stout back lock mechanism, and reversible black titanium tip-up pocket clip. True to form, it also has a fully accessible Trademark Round Holeâ„¢ in the blade that, together with the knife's other symmetrical features, makes all aspects of its carry, deployment, and use completely ambidextrous. The defining feature of this limited edition version is its vibrant orange FRN handle, which ensures high visibility even in diminished lighting conditions or underwater.

A long-awaited resurrection of one of Spyderco's most powerful cutting tools, this Sprint Run edition of the SpyderHawk is sure to find favor with dedicated users and collectors alike.
