This knife's blade is full-flat ground and satin finished for low-friction cutting performance and features a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole™ for swift, ambidextrous, one-handed opening.

Like the previous members of Spyderco’s elite Super Blue family, this knife features the distinctive blue/gray handle color that is a signature of this elite breed. The handle is injection molded from tough, lightweight fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) and has our Bi-Directional Texturing™ pattern to ensure a non-slip grip. Four sets of threaded inserts molded directly into the scales support the knife's four-position clip, which allows all possible carry positions. Together with a sturdy back lock mechanism, these features make all aspects of the knife's carry, deployment, and operation completely ambidextrous.
